General
Legal Counsel Patricia Saintvil-Joseph received her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Albany (SUNY); A Juris doctor’s degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, Miami, Florida. Ms. Saintvil was presented with the American Jurisprudence Award and twice recognized with the St. Thomas University school of Law Achievement Award.
Immediate Past President of the Haitian Lawyers Association (HLA), where she has sponsored a mentorship program and scholarships to deserving law students.Ms. Saintvil-Joseph is a member of the Florida Bar, Georgia Bar, Haitian Lawyers Assoication, Black Lawyers Association, Caribbean Association, Haitian-American Scholarship fund and on the Board of the Planned Parenthood of Miami.
She is also the Deputy City Attorney for the City of North Miami, Florida; married to Dr. Smith Joseph and is the mother to Sebastien.
